gighrly began with a simple realisation: brilliantly talented people professionals were out there doing exceptional work but doing it alone. Some networks exist but the business side tends to be buried in shop talk. Other communities are built around gurus.
This is different. Not led by a guru but someone on the same journey as our members - and someone who seeks out specialist expertise to work with the club!
As a long-time freelance HR and OD consultant myself, I knew how isolating freelancing can feel, and how much faster we grow when we're surrounded by others who get the highs, lows and everything in between. I created the gighrly club as a place where people pros can prosper in business, together.
A space built on collaboration over competition, where the goal is always a win-win-win: great outcomes for clients, thriving businesses for our members, and a supportive community for peers who want to learn from, share with and lift each other.
Everyone featured in this directory is part of that community - carefully curated, experienced, commercially-minded experts who bring deep capability and genuine collaboration. We often work together on projects that are multi-faceted and we find this approach can help us to compete effectively with larger consultancies. The club has grown into a vibrant collective of HR leaders, specialists, and trusted adjacent professionals who believe in doing high quality work, running good businesses and helping others do the same.
