I’m an organisational development specialist with a deep belief in human-centred change with a track record of  making it happen in real-world, high-stakes environments. Trained at Roffey Park Institute, I’ve worked across sectors and scales helping organisations shift culture and boost performance without losing their people along the way.

I bring a strong commercial lens, with hands-on experience in generating new revenue streams, driving cost efficiencies, and evaluating ROI and VFM. I’m a Fellow, Tutor and Mentor with the Institute of Leadership, and a coach passionate about supporting others through stretch, shift and growth.
